His advice to Council "is to sell the place if yous can". Treasury investigator called on Mrs Clisdell of 33 Wilton Street and Mr J Warhop of Redfern but they both informed him that the property belonged to their brother in Queensland. The brother [Mr E Warhop] only has a life interest in the property and on his death it goes to the children of Mr J Warhop.
