TC asks the Inspector of Nuisances if this is possible as he understood all condemned food was destroyed under supervision. Inspector of Nuisances reports that all food condemned by him is destroyed by fire in the presence of a supervisor. He suggests that before fish from the Eastern Markets is sent to the Tip they be mutilated and thoroughly disinfected. TC orders that Inspector Lutton is not to send condemned fish to Tip but to inform Mr Baker and keep it until an Inspector of Nuisances Officer collects it and sees that it is destroyed.LanguageEnglish (eng)Digitised recordYes
