Unique IDAS-0414DateBetween 6th February 1989 and 9th August 1999Date qualifiercircaFormatManila FolderDescriptionThis series consists of agenda papers of CA 43, Planning Committee II, 1989-1993 and CA 143, Planning Committee III, 1993-1999. The series also contains papers of two sub-committees formed under the Planning Committee II: the Housing Sub-Commitee; and the Civic Design Sub-Committee. For further information regarding the Committees see the Agency details of CA 43 Planning Committee II.

The agenda papers are prepared by CA 15, Secretariat, 1975-1993 and CA 106, Legal and Secretariat Services, 1993+ and composed of papers distributed to members of the Committee prior to each meeting. Initially, the cover contains the list of issues and subject matters scheduled for discussion in each meeting. From 7 February 1994, a table of contents indicating the item number and pagination has been included in the agenda papers and they are issued in a bound or stapled format. Meetings are generally held fortnightly and there are two copies of the agenda papers for each meeting in the series. Some agenda papers which are treated as confidential are not sent to the Archives.

This series is not a record of the discussions of each Committee meeting but a record of the subjects and correspondence discussed. The Committee then makes recommendations to Council based on these discussions, which are found in CRS 7, Minutes of Council, 1842+
