Please be assured of my deep regret at being compelled, a second time, to refuse to accede to the wishes of so numerous a portion of my fellow Citizens, whose good opinion it will ever be my study to deserve by every means consistent with my sense of public duty.LanguageEnglish (eng)Digitised recordNo
