(Note: City Engineer: CHW. WW Wardell damaged sewer Farelly's Wharf. I have inspected the sewer in question and have reason to believe that the dislocation of the arch masonry is due to the settlement of the Wharf wall. As this wall is dangerously insecure the proprietors will probably be rebuilding it or strengthening it.
