Other more favored citizens of Sydney have their water 'ad libitum'. Now that the reservoirs at Botany have increased supply, he asks that Randwick get additional water. There is a notation by J Trevor Jones, City Engineer that the localities on higher levels all have the same inconvenience, and special efforts are now being made to improve supply.
