Report to the Improvement Committee on the advisability of altering the position of Cleveland Street as it now runs south of the Zoological Society's Grounds, to the north side of the grounds, to enable the grounds to be enlarged. He reports that Cleveland Street from Dowling Street to Randwick, is an aligned street by proclamation of the Executive Council and an Act of Parliament would be required to alter its alignment.
