John Dawson & Son, Solicitors, 88 Pitt Street. Perigo Bros of 26 Bay Street Glebe had great damage caused by an overflow of a drain. Attached is a report by A C Mountain, City Surveyor and J Trevor Jones, City Engineer, that the damage was caused by flood water from the Glebe, which could be diverted into a separate channel, but objections have been made by property holders to a proposal of a system of levels for Bay Street.LanguageEnglish (eng)Digitised recordYes
