They suggest that the Council would be wise to purchase the land as a very large amount of sewerage matter makes its way from it into the Water Reserve. Includes a rough sketch of the area. There is a notation by J Trevor Jones, City Engineer that a similar offer was made by Mr England and declined because of the high price and the site would shortly be superseded by the Nepean supply.
