Firemen should also receive payments of 4 pounds 10 shilings, not 6 pounds. He indicates this will make a difference on the warrant issued from the city Treasury. He informs the Mayor has already issued this warrant and encloses a duplicate with a voucher for previous payments objected to by the Mayor.
