Middleton of his duties as Inspector of Slaughterhouses. He sends a copy of th Council Act 5 Will 4 Number 1 and asks Mr Middleton to pay particular attention to clauses which fully refer to his duties as Inspector of Slaughterhouses. He also informs Mr Middleton he will be required to make weekly payments to the Mayor of all monies recieved in connection with this office. He informs Mr Middleton he is empowered to inspect Butchers and Slaughterhouses to ensure they are properly cleaned to limit health issues.
