The Borough of Paddington was appointed as Trustee (Gazette 9.1.1984, folio 153), named "Hampden Park" (Gazette 14.7.1987, folio 4993). An area of 7 3/4p was set aside from sale (Gazette 4.3.1903, folio 1924) and the Borough of Paddington was appointed as Trustee of this area (Gazette 7.3.1903, folio 2002), this area was declared a public park as an extension to Hampden Park (Gazette 12.12.1903, folio 9147). (Gazette 5.3.1913, folio 1478) notification revoked. An area coloured red on the plan was resumed as an addition to Trumper Oval and vested in Paddington Council (Gazette 27.5.1932, folio 1707). Areas of Crown land (edged blue) were resumed and vested in Paddington Council (Gazette 29.11.1935, folio 4647), (Gazette 20.8.1937, folio 3376). An area of 1a, 0r, 2 1/2p (Portion 1474) was dedicated for public recreation (Gazette 18.8.1939, folio 4165). Land bought as an addition to Trumper Park (Gazette 1.9.1939, folio 4411). An area hatched red on the plan was revoked for public recreation (Gazette 18.5.1962, folio 1436). Easement resumed by the Sydney County Council for installation of electricity cables between Glenmore Road and Hart Street. Bowling green site identified. Area tinted pink resumed (Gazette 74, 29.7.66, folio 3028/29), (Acts Book 4, folio 96, 2) area tinted blue resumed (Gazette 92 26.8.66, folio 3583), (Acts Book 4, folio 99). Transferred to Woollahra (Gazette 89 26.7.68, folio 2964). Total area: 9a, 3r,; 14a, 0r, 22 per. ,; 7 3/4 per. ,; 1a, 0r, 2 1/2 per. ; 14a, 3r, 19 per. Plan details: E3-431/22. The park is extant.
