Appointment of the Council as a Trustee (Acts book 1/177). An area of 2r, 21 1/4 resumed by Council and land tennis courts constructed in 1930. Council approved temporary licence to Australian Gas Light Company to lay a gas mains through the park. A Resolution of Council dated 24.7.1939 offering a Jubilee Fountain to Taronga Park Zoo as it was dismantled and taken to Wattle Street Depot due to damaged stonework, offer declined but lions head in reasonable condition accepted. Proposed drainage easement over part of park (Gazette No 103 28.8.64, folio 2776). Approval, subject to approval of the Minister for Land, for, Right of way from Roslyn Road to lane known as lots B and D Roslyn Gardens. Approval given to the construction, subject to approval of the Minister for Land, of stormwater line from boundary of property 50/58 Roslyn Gardens connecting to existing stormwater drain located East of Rushcutters Avenue in the widening of Waratah Street Plan E2-256/11. Leasing of two tennis courts to Mr. EP Jensen (CT Volume 10697, folio 248). Total area: 11a, 2r.; 3 1/4 per. Plan details: Ms3197 Sy; (Vide DF 2216/32 TC 4607/32). The park is extant.
