Plans S5-2269 and S289-858 (Gazette 24.7.1931, folio 2731, Acts book 2/182). Resolution of Council approving remodelling of area in 1966 and 1967, question of retention of domed roof over convenience, proposed remodelling (low cost streetscaping) of the park and Macquarie Place deferred. Part of Macquarie Place closed (Gazette 135) and added to park (Gazette 145 day 25.11.77, folio 2512). Sole trustee appointed (Gazette 51 day 12/5/1978, folio 1756). noted - includes area occupied by convenience (Vide Plans S4-67 , field book 117 folio 77).
