In reply, while there is no objection to this request, as the Wall encroaches (to the extent of 18") upon the rear Roadway to allotments in Barrack Square, between York Street and George Street, it is considered that a definite period be fixed for pulling down and clearing away all materials of the Wall, and that the owners of these allotments should not be deprived of the full width of the rear Roadway should they wish to enforce it.
