Advice that Abercrombie Street shall be formed, with all necessary water courses and footpaths, and a new bridge built or the old one repaired, as soon as the Southern part of the Street shall be proclaimed. The above is on condition of Messrs Robey & Co giving up the land as may be required, to continue the full width of the Street to their Chippendale boundary, and removing the small houses standing on this land, without compensation as offered in their letter dated 31st January 1854.
