The hotel is in a two storey painted sandstone in American inspired art deco style, the hotel has several large windows and doors opening to the verandah on the second level, with wrought iron lace balcony supported by decorative wooden poles. Ground floor facade was painted a second colour to shoulder height and a gaslamp hangs over entrance. Across an unsurfaced roadway opposite is a wooden paling fence enclosure, and at the rear of the hotel is a single balcony. Overlooking are residential terraces in Victoria Street, Potts Point.
