Ground floor facade painted a second colour to shoulder height and a gaslamp hangs over entrance. Across an unsurfaced roadway opposite is a wooden paling fence enclosure, and at the rear of the hotel is a single balcony. Overlooking are residential terraces in Victoria Street, Potts Point.
