Single storey rendered sandstone and weatherboard shop with ornate stuccoed parapet bearing the date 1880. An awning with corrugated iron roof supported by decorative wooden poles bears the inscription J Jackson Plumber. A workman may be seen on the roof of the partly demolished building behind. Two men stand conversing on the footpath beside a large telegraph pole.
