Sandstone block steps lead up to both entrances and outside a newly installed telegraph pole is strung with many electric wires. On the left a backyard wooden fence is set on a sandstone and mortar wall, which itself has a natural rock foundation. The wood-blocked road surface is partly covered. Adjacent is a brick and tile building behind which is a tinsmith shop.
