(Note: March 8/86 refer to Mr Mountain for report: JY. To lay pipe through Pr Alfred Park. It seems that there is a public necessity that these pipes should be laid through the Park, as they are part of the Trunk main for the City Water Supply from the Nepean. I think however the Mayor should demand a fair guarantee for the proper ramming & making good of the large trench that will be made both in the Park and in the public streets: ACM; 12/4/86.
