Regarding the block No 49, late J Harris' Estate, Ultimo, and the alignment of the land in Ada Lane, they dispute that the leases were granted as late as 1889, and they maintain that the postion of the lane must be determined by the earliest leases. There are two reports by Wilkinson of the City Surveyors Department regarding when the leases were granted.
