Jas Campbell, Council Clerk, Waterloo Municipal Council. He asks that the sweepings from the streets of the City be deposited in the Waterloo Park which is in the course of improvement. The sweepings could be tipped just inside the park railings in Elizabeth Street, which is a level thoroughfare all the way from Sydney. The sweepings are presently deposited in a paddock off Elizabeth Street near the Park. Attached is a report by Richard Seymour the Inspector of Nuisances, that the street sweepings are required to cover house refuse at Moore Park.
