He sends a copy of a letter from the Secretary for Railways, H McLachlan, who is of the understanding that the Council are moving in the matter of the electric lighting of the Flemington Stock Yards and if an economical scheme is formulated, the Railway Commissioners would be prepared to consider joining in it so far as the lighting of the Railway Siding is concerned.
