Attached is a report by Richard Seymour, Inspector of Nuisances: on 11th Oct, accompanied by Mr Baker, he inspected the premises; the patient, a grown up daughter of Mr Anderson had been removed to Prince Alfred Hospital at noon the day before, and the premises thoughout were remarkably clean and the drainage perfect.
