I had deducted 14/- being overcharge of 1 room in 8 of the houses for the water rate, they being rated at 10 rooms, with one an open shed of 3 sides, refer to Judge Dowlings decision on what is a room ... request that instructions be given to accept amount tendered £45/4/6, now enclosed.
