Thank you for information conveyed in your favour of 21 April and supply plan of proposed road (66ft wide from Botany Rd with tramway, also Engine & Mill ponds and over the embankment with the water supply line). This road is necessary for access to the balance of the land of the Est of Late Mr Lord, to access the rear land. Unless granted will materially affected by the embankment which blocks access. Notes: 1. City Enigneer: J Trevor Jones: 2. Tracing herewith shows a chain road across Council's purchased land whereon is the 30inch main to convey water from Botany to the Crown St Reservoir. If road approved, conditions to ensure safety of the pipe. 3. The other road traversing the pipe is claimed to be a Govt road, same conditions to apply. 4. The application be not entertained. 5.
