I own 4 stores there and the tenants are loud in complaint, and would not support their remonstrances unless I knew it to be well founded. The rates in respect of the houses are tolerably heavy. Note: Mr Mountain to report: lane has been ballasted and repaired from time to time, it is a private "right of way".
