Report that a set of tracings of the Centennial Hall was lent to Messrs King & Morrison, Quantity Surveyors, to take off quantities. They have not been returned, despite requests, and we discover that property of Messrs King & Morrison was sold to a Mr Foley, who haas refused to give them up, claiming a lien of £8 for rent.
