Recommend cancel contract and enforce penalties. Note: 1. call upon sureties at once, with necessary notice, 2. Sureties called on to complete contract : Rob't Murray, Annandale St Annandale; Wm Greenwood, "Seacombe" Croydon. Contract continued, see sureties letter.
