William Ager, Secretary, Fire Brigades Board. Complains of the scarcity of water at the fire at Messrs A Horderns' Premises in Great Buckingham Street Redfern. There are several emormous warehouses being erected and it is possible that heights of 15 stories will be put up. There should be restrictions placed on the erection of the buildings, or larger mains, pumping stations and reservoirs on high elevations.
