decision of 21 December 1992 to adopt the new management structure proposed by consultants Ernst & Young.

This structure divided the Council administration into Divisions headed by Assistant General Managers, under the General Manager, Katie Lahey, who commenced with Council on 14 December 1992.

The first Assistant General Manager of CA 112, Cultural and Community Services, was Lynden Esdaile.
