Followed by Dr Arthur Renwick's note concerning the health problems. (Note: I cannot recommend the employment of a person to open and shut the water troughs because the work is now better done by several of the men who live in their immediate vicinity than it could possibly be done by any one man - nor can I recommend an assistant to Mr Hinchey to look after leaks and waste because he has no more to do than he can easily discharge himself, especially now there are no pipe-laying works in progress. - The only change of occupation is to common labourer which would be very inferior to that Davidson now occupies: EB;15/3/65)LanguageEnglish (eng)Digitised recordYes
