(Note: This is evidently a private feud between Mr Brigden and Mr Windon about this street - It appears they have virtually agreed to give each 10 feet towards a 20 foot street and on this they induced the M Council to lay a water pipe on it for a short distance. Since they have quarreled Mr Windon is anxious to close the street and as it has never been dedicated he is doing so. I have therefore recommended Mr Brigden to lay on an independent service from Bowman Street, which he is about to do - and as/soon as it is done, says he will close up his part of the street - He expressed himself perfectly satisfied with this arrangement; EB 22/3/65) LanguageEnglish (eng)Digitised recordYes
