(Note: Mr Brigden has been to this office and arranged to lay on water to his premises from Bowman St and take up his service from Elizabeth St. Therefore as Mr Windon objects to the pipe being on his land I would recommend that the 3 inch main laid 4 months since be taken up: EB;22/3/65.
