(Note: The Council has granted large services to several larger Government and private premises for the extinction of fires at the recommendation of the Inspector of Fire Brigades. Precautions of a special nature are necessary to be taken to prevent water being used surreptitiously from any such service as Mr Beare objects to the intervention of meters as destroying the force necessary for throwing jets: JTJ; 27/6/87. 27/6/87 I approve this application being granted.
