(Note: 11/7/87 The City Engineer to report - can this application be acceded to/: AJR. Recd 13/7/87. This is an application from a resident of the Borough of Paddington to connect his premises with the City Sewers, which strictly speaking is ultra vires, but on an application to Council on the part of residents of the Borough of Redfern, this City Council approved of certain few connexions on the applicant signing an agreement to pay rates for the same in the same proportion that residents of the City do. This locality has no other means of drainage, and must eventually be admitted to this right. I append the form of agreement signed by the Redfern residents; followed by blank agreement form: JTJ; 21/7/87. Dear Mr Mayor.
