Inform you I am desirous that City Council should take over Ash St as shown on plan (recently known as Chisholm Lane) and form and metal same. Considering large amount of rates which I will pay for the warehouses now nearing completion, the approach is very much against letting the premises. The Lane is a private way 20ft wide, but I do not anticipate difficulty for documents to authorise Council to take it over. Indebted if you bring this to your brother Aldermen and to an early and successful issue. Notes: 1.RWR: this is not in order, Act to be complied with, owner to form and ballast before Council accepts control. 2.Inf'd. 3.
