The Chief Clerk informed me of instructions from the Mayor that nothing but household rubbish was being removed, and office paper was not included. The rates we pay for "The Post Office Chambers" are £400 pa for main building and shops pay £100 to £200. Some consideration should be shown and rubbish removed as formerly.
