City Rates collected exceeds all other years, over £150,000, also detailed statement of amounts due on unoccupied land in each Ward. Mr Coleman, assessor for the land, is the sole hope to effect recovery. Note: postponed one month for City Solicitor opinion and Mr Coleman to be employed to get in some of the money.
