The caretaker reports the handsome stone work on the Southern and Western walls is being defaced, and Mr Sands has not remedied the evil, request this be brought under attention of the Insp of Nuisances. Notes: 1. Insp of Nuisances. 2. R Seymour, Insp of Nuisances: inspected new machine and it meets requirements of the Smoke Nuisance Abatement Act, there is no necessity for further action. 3.
