Forward copy of letter, and my reply thereto re a proposed procession on Saturday next. Letter: H E Kelly, Hibernian Australasian Catholic Benefit Society, Sydney Dist Board No 4: I am directed to inform you, [we] and other Irish Societies that usually march on St Patricks Day will at 2.30 next Saturday, receive Sir Thomas Grattan Esmonde, Messrs John Dillon & John Deasy MPs at the Railway Station and march along George, King, Pitt, Park, Castlereagh to the New Masonic Hall. No party tunes nor party colors , nor offence of any kind to our fellow citizens, a simple procession to 3 members of the Imperial Parliament, similar to that 2 years ago to the Earl of Aberdeen. Letter: Police to H E Kelly Esq. Excelsior Parade, Warren, Marrickville.
