Each has dormer windows, cast-iron balconies, metal roof edge barriers and front doors that open up onto the footpath. At the far left behind the trees is St Michael's Church of England. Two women are in front of the noticeboard of Henry D. Mooney, House, Land and Estate Agents, and NSW Rent Payers Association located at number 83 Flinders Street. Mary Mallon is at number 79 and Ernest Curtis is at number 77 on the far right. -- Occupants derived from Sands Sydney, Suburban and Country Commercial Directory, 1916.
