On the left at 107a Finders Street (with 107 1/2 on the awning) is a grocery shop operated by George Chung and Law Sing. It has advertising for Indian Root remedy and Hudsons Soap, as well as being a registered milk vendor selling bread, eggs, honey, and salt. In the mirror beside the front entrance is the reflection of a woman holding a baby with a girl beside her. To the right of the shop are the terraces occupied by Sara Hamilton at 107 Finders and Thomas Lewis at 105 Flinders Street with a furnished room to let sign on the window shutters. Two workmen and a boy are further down Little Hutchinson Street near C Anderson and Company the Federal Hat Mill which is located at 2 to 14 Nichols Street Surry Hills.
