The buildings are at the rear of houses from numbers 91 to 99 Flinders Street Surry Hills.
On the left is the gate to number 91 Flinders with signage on the gate, 'Osborne Beware of the dog'. Further along the fence is a Hutchinson Street sign. At the gate of 93 Flinders is signage for Hillcrest. Melrose House at the far right at 99 Flinders Street. These buildings were demolished in 1919 for the extension of Albion Street through to Flinders Street.
