Billyard Curtis, 32 Hunter Street. There is a complaint by his client of a nuisance from the sewer and state of the roads in Little Albion and Ann Streets. There is a note from Edward Bell, City Engineer: "the drain mentioned is in an open water course of which there are several in the same locality all more or less tainted" and nothing can be done until thorough drainage is carried out in the neighbourhood.
