Regarding the execution of the bond for the completion of works tendered for by D B Watson and Co. Driver has interviewed Mr Watson and asked him for the name of his partner. Watson gave him the name of Mr Watt, but declined to provide his address or occupation and could not provide written authority that he could sign on his behalf. In the second interview the following day Watson gave him the name of Mr Mulcahy as his partner and said that the partnership had only been entered into the previous day.
