John McCahon, Willow Tree Hotel, Victoria Street. Account for £2 damages from falling ceilings, and breakages of 2 dozen glasses, 1 cut decanter, 1 tobacco keg, 2 globes on chandelier. There is a notation on the back by Edward Bradridge the City Surveyor that the damage was caused by blasting by Corporation men.There is also an account for £9.10.6 for repairs to the Hotel from O'Doud. There is also a report by the Clerk of the Works that half of the bar ceiling and sitting room was smashed, and the northern boundary wall of the sitting room was also injured.
