A plaque at the top of the building has the date 1907. At street level there decorative iron columns holding up an awning under which are leadlight windows. There are a signs for a clearance sale in preparation for demolition, with deadline of 16 October. Displayed in the front window is an architectural plan of the building that will replace the existing one. Reflected in the window at the right is a horse and cart. At far left is a sign for evenings with [gospel?] in psychology. At lower far right are the numbers 266 and 268 for the street addresses. There are tools on the road and an overturned wheelbarrow.
