On the left at number 264 is the Pitt Street Congregational Church with a sign for Sunday Evenings: The Gospel in Psychology services on 8th, 15th, and 22nd of October noting Reverend N J Cocks. Symonds Furnishing Limited occupies the buildings at number 266 to 268 Pitt Street. A plaque at the top of number 266 has the date 1907. At street level there decorative iron columns holding up an awning under which are leadlight windows. There are a signs for a clearance sale in preparation for demolition, with deadline by 16 October. Displayed in the front window is an architectural plan of the building that will replace the existing one. Reflected in the window at the right blurred image of a car and person. The building at number 268 has signage for Symonds Furnishing Ltd on the side wall and an illuminated vertical sign with the business name.
