The building at number 139 Elizabeth Street has a directory panel with businesses listed that include: J Hugh McMenamin, Producers and Citzens Co-operative Assurance Company of Australia Limited, De Trey and Company Ltd, and William F Tanner Dentist. At 137 is The dentist J Miller Crocker has steps to the entrance above street level at 137 Elizabeth Street. The parlours for the Albion Hotel on the right at 135 Elizabeth Street. At the far right is a sign for T.B. ale and McEwan ale on draught within which is part of the Ablion Hotel form 133 to 135 Elizabeth Street.
